Top&Flop is an online entertainment service that shows one single ranking, best to worst (with its TOP and its FLOP), of product brands and models, ordered solely by the money users choose to contribute. Each euro is one vote. It is not a buying guide, a comparative test or an advisory service. Read the Notice on opinions and rankings.

3. Terms of use

Using the site means accepting this Legal notice, the Terms and conditions, the Privacy policy and the Rules. Users must use the site lawfully.

4. Intellectual and industrial property

The site's own elements (design, code, texts, structure) belong to the owner or are licensed. Brands, trade names, logos and models appearing in the rankings belong to their respective owners and are cited only to identify the products each vote refers to. There is no relationship, sponsorship or endorsement by those owners. Rights holders can use the notice and takedown procedure.

5. Liability

The owner does not guarantee uninterrupted availability and is not liable for damages caused by outages, technical failures or misuse by third parties, except where the law prevents it. Comments and aliases are the responsibility of their authors. Nothing here limits consumers' statutory rights.
