Notice on opinions and rankings

Read this before trusting any position.

What the rankings represent

• The ranking (its TOP and its FLOP) is ordered only by money: every euro paid is one vote. They do not measure quality, safety, reliability, performance, price or satisfaction of any product.
• An item can be at the top because someone paid, not because it is good, and at the bottom because someone paid, not because it is bad.
• They are not comparative tests, independent reviews, consumer information or buying recommendations. Do not base purchase, safety or investment decisions on them.

Subjective opinion and humour

Votes and comments express subjective opinions and a public joke about people's taste, protected by freedom of expression. They are not verifiable statements of fact about any product, brand or company. Nobody is saying a product is dangerous, defective or fraudulent merely because it sits in the FLOP.

Who can pay

Anyone can pay to raise or sink any item, including manufacturers, competitors or fans. We do not verify the payer's identity or motives. Top&Flop does not take money from brands to secretly alter positions: positions are the result of public, paid votes.

Brands and models

Brands, models and logos belong to their owners and are mentioned only to identify the product each vote refers to (nominative use). There is no relationship, sponsorship or endorsement between Top&Flop and any manufacturer.

If you are an owner or affected

You may ask us to remove an item or comment, correct information, or add a reply note from the owner to its page. Use the notice and takedown procedure. We respond diligently and give reasons for our decisions.
