Notice and takedown
If you believe an item, comment or alias on Top&Flop is unlawful, infringes your rights (trademark, honour, privacy, copyright) or contains inaccurate information, you can notify us here. This implements article 16 of Regulation (EU) 2022/2065 (Digital Services Act).
What your notice must include
- A sufficiently substantiated explanation of why you consider the content unlawful or inaccurate.
- The exact location (URL of the page or comment).
- Your name and email (unless the law allows otherwise).
- A statement that you act in good faith and that the information is accurate and complete.
What we do
1. We confirm receipt.
2. We assess the notice diligently, non-arbitrarily and objectively. We may remove the content, correct it, add a reply note, or keep it.
3. We tell you the decision and, if we restrict content posted by a user, we give them a statement of reasons and explain how to complain.
4. Both parties may complain internally and turn to an out-of-court dispute settlement body or the courts.
Abusive or bad-faith use of this channel may lead us to stop handling notices from the same sender.
